All caregivers at A New Day Child Development Center have years of experience and are early childhood development trained caregivers.  Each caregiver uses positive guidance methods that help the children learn self-control without the loss of self-esteem.

Our staff works closely with the parents to determine the best needs of each child. We provide each child with a nurturing atmosphere that encourages each child to appreciate their unique gifts and talents and to recognize and respect the uniqueness of others. A balanced schedule of activities, and suited to the child’s development helps promote knowledge through exploration, cooperation, and reduces stress.

Our staff has exceptional creativity skills and is well organized, patient, and dependable. The teachers have an innate ability to reach students and educate them. Our staff of experienced child caregivers prides themselves as being able to cooperatively work with the children and their parents.  Irma, along with her staff, has built strong, trusting relationships with many of the students and their parents, which has aided in their referrals to ensure a continued enrollment each year since our opening in 2009.
