DR. SEUSS DRESS-UP WEEK IS HERE!

We are so excited to celebrate Dr. Seuss Week with a full week of fun, laughter, and silly outfits! This is always such a special time for our little learners as we celebrate reading, imagination, and creativity.

Here’s what we have planned for the week of Monday, March 2nd through Friday, March 6, 2026.

Monday – The Sleep Book
Wear your pajamas!
Let’s start the week cozy and comfy.

Tuesday – The Cat in the Hat
Wear red and white or your favorite hat!
Tall hats, silly hats, sparkly hats — we love them all!

Wednesday – Wacky Wednesday
Wear your wackiest outfit!
Mismatched clothes, backwards shirts, silly patterns — the wackier, the better!

Thursday – Green Eggs and Ham
Wear GREEN!
Bright green, dark green, polka-dot green — any shade will do!

Friday – Fox in Socks
Wear crazy socks!
Striped, spotted, fuzzy, tall — show off your silliest socks!

We can’t wait to see all of our sweet babies dressed up and having fun. It’s going to be a week full of reading, laughing, and celebrating the joy of books.

Oh, the fun we will have! 📚✨

ARRIVALS & ATTENDANCE

We kindly ask for your cooperation in ensuring your child attends regularly and arrives on time each day. Consistency is essential for young children and helps establish routine, structure, and security.

The educational portion of our program begins promptly at 8:45 a.m. each day. Arriving before this time minimizes classroom disruptions, supports a smooth daily routine, and helps prepare children for the expectations of kindergarten.

Timely arrival allows your child to fully participate in lessons and learning experiences. Late arrivals may cause children to miss important instructional time and can disrupt both classmates and teachers who have already begun the day’s activities.

We appreciate your support in maintaining punctual attendance.

STUDENT DROP OFF CUT OFF TIME

Children should not be brought in after 8:45 a.m., except in the case of a doctor’s appointment, emergency, or special family circumstance.

If a late arrival is necessary, please notify the school in advance by sending a message to staff.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a consistent and productive classroom environment.

CHILDREN’S WATER BOTTLES

Please send a spill-proof water bottle with your child each day. Be sure it is thoroughly washed and refilled before returning to school.

Thank you for your support!

IMMUNIZATIONS & EXEMPTIONS

Health & Immunization Reminder

To help keep all of our children safe and healthy, we are required by the State of Texas to have up-to-date health and immunization records on file for every child.

Please make sure the following are submitted within one week of your child’s enrollment:

• A current immunization record signed by a healthcare professional
• A health statement confirming your child is able to participate in school activities

If these documents are not received within one week of admission, your child may not be able to return to school until they are submitted.

Vision & Hearing Screenings

Children who are 4 years and older are required by the state to complete a vision and hearing screening.

Please submit a copy of the screening results within one week of your child’s start date.

Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and healthy environment for all of our students!
