NOVEMBER TUITION

Payment for tuition/fees is exclusively accepted through our tuition software, and it will appear as a draft from your bank by Lincoln Savings Bank.

A late fee of $50.00 per month will be imposed on the 6th. If tuition remains unpaid for two consecutive weeks, the child may be withdrawn, and the spot will promptly be filled with a family from the waitlist.

Absences cannot be compensated by attending on an alternative day.

PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES

Parent-Teacher Conferences are just around the corner! They are scheduled to start the week of November 12, through November 14, 2025.

All conferences will be conducted via FaceTime, giving you a convenient way to connect with your child's teacher.

A form will be sent to you via the Brightwheel App. Please take a moment to sign up for a 15-minute time slot that best suits your schedule. It's a wonderful opportunity to discuss your child’s progress, growth, and any questions you may have.

Thank you for your involvement and support. We look forward to our time together!

SEASONAL CLOTHING & PERSONAL ITEMS:

With the changing weather, please make sure your child has two extra sets of season-appropriate clothing in their cubby at school.

On colder days, children should come dressed in appropriate clothing for cold weather, including long pants and a warm coat or jacket, to help keep them comfortable throughout the day.

Per Child Care Licensing requirements, we are still required to take the children outdoors each day, weather permitting. Proper clothing helps ensure they stay warm and enjoy their outdoor playtime safely.

HEARING & VISION SCREENINGS

The Special Senses and Communication Disorders Act (Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 36) mandates vision and hearing screenings for children aged 4 and above. Detailed screening requirements are outlined in 25 TAC Chapter 37, Subchapter C, accessible online at www.dshs.state.tx.us/vhs.

Parents must provide the childcare facility with individual visual acuity and sweep check results upon enrollment. Children aged 4 and above must undergo a vision and hearing screening conducted by a licensed professional, with results placed in their file.

DROP OFF REMINDER
Please remember that our drop-off cut-off time is 8:45 a.m. Children must arrive before this time in order to attend for the day. If your child arrives after 8:45 a.m., a doctor’s note will be required for them to be admitted.

Following this policy helps us avoid classroom disruptions and keeps our daily schedule running smoothly. Thank you for your cooperation!

BRIGHT WHEEL CHECK IN/OUT REMINDER
Parents are required to scan their child in and out each day using the Bright-wheel app.

You can easily do this by using the QR code posted on the glass front door when you arrive and leave.

Thank you for helping us keep accurate attendance records and ensuring a smooth start and end to each child’s day!

CENTRAL TEXAS FOOD BANK DONATIONS

A New Day Child Development Center will be collecting food donations to support our local food bank.

If you’re able, please consider donating non-perishable food items. All collected donations will be delivered to our local food bank to help support families in need.

Beginning this November, changes to the SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) in Texas may leave many families in our community struggling to make ends meet.

Family Referral Program
At A New Day Child Development Center, we believe that great families know other great families! If you know someone looking for a nurturing, high-quality preschool, we would love to welcome them into our preschool family.

For each family you refer who enrolls and completes six weeks with us, you’ll receive a $300 referral fee. Just have them mention your name during enrollment!

Thank you for helping us grow our community of wonderful families. Your trust and support mean so much to us!
